Ron, here is what the seller says about the tool pouch:

"the flap to the combination tool pouch on the flap top is also holed, due to being in contact with the metalwork of the tool for a long time.." (nothing more).

hahaha, that is a riot! Just incase you need to remove your grip screws or top up your mag in that much of a hurry
