First Luger
Hi Guys
Back in march I finally purchased my first Luger. I hope I did not pay too much for it. It's a 1916 Erfurt Luger in 9mm with no pitting or import marks at all. The grips i believe are original to the gun. The parts are all matching except for the Side Plate. I paid $675.00 for it at a gun store. Can anyone tell me if I paid too much? Thanks....Bob |

Re: First Luger
Mismatched import guns typically sell in the $500 - $700 price range, non-imports such as yours are typically higher. Without knowing the condition of the finish (other than no pitting), and given that the gun is mechanically sound, I'd say you paid a fair price.

The type and condition of the magazine(s) also would have an impact
on the value of your Luger. Some variations of magazines are worth a lot of money...
