Default Price Check on 1918 DWM 9mm P08

Seller is asking 2450. Here are some pics:

Can you inform me if this is a reasonable price? I am fairly new to Luger collecting and am doing my due diligence.

I am informed that the grips are unknown as to whether they are numbered, and that the bore is in "excellent" condition, and that the toggle pin does not have a SN stamp (which I understand is normal for DWM Lugers).

Thank you for your input in advance.

Personally I'm not seeing anything to indicate that it is not a very nice WW1 gun, however $2400 is way steep. Even if the grips matched and it included 2 matching mags, that would still give me gas. If the grips are not numbered to the gun, and assuming that the magazine numbers do not match, I'd stay closer to $1400 than I would to $2400.
Just my opinion, so let's see that the others say.

Thank you gentlemen, appreciate your willingness to help a relative newcomer.
I've already ordered the Pistole Parabellum vols 1-3, so that I might be better informed in the future.

What a great community you have!

Check out our forum's FAQ document too... Lots of good reference material there accumulated from many forum participants.
