Default Luger 08

jil820 ----- I've been reading an older thread (2010 & 2012) about a luger pistol that was bought and fired very well. It was a commercial piece with the name "Germany" stamped on the right side and a crown / N on the left side. The barrel appeared to be about 6" long from the picture. Mention was made about getting a holster that would fit a luger with the 6" barrel. I have two such holsters with attached shoulder stocks that fit my 1920 Navy Type luger very well. I bought both of them from SARCO for about $40 each and they are great for shooting the luger.
As old as the original thread was I suppose by now none of the above matters, but I thought I'd just add a little. Neither my luger or the holsters are for sale.

Happy shooting your luger !!

If you'd simply added your comments to the original thread, it would move that thread to the top of its category, and we'd all see it was there via highlighting on the main page. You could still do that and add some pics of the Sarco rigs.

I thought I was adding my comments to the original thread. I suppose I'm just not familiar enough with this forum to know just the procedures to get done what is needed. Yes I'd like to show the nice holsters I picked up from Sarco for some of the various lugers of mine.

We all had to negotiate a learning curve, I guess. You'll get the hang of it!

Posting pics helps everyone on the forum. Pics hosted at 3rd party sites can disappear so check the New Collectors section for a "sticky" that's a basic tutorial on how to post them here--where they won't disappear. There's another with tips for shooting your Luger pics.
