Default Holster and Buckle 1916

Hi,

I have 1916 holster and buckle.

The holster was made by Heyne & Co I believe in Dresden.

The buckle is very clearly marked "Hamann & Ponlz", on one line with "Koln 1916" on the second line.

I am assuming Koln (Cologne) was the city where it was made.

Am I correct or..............
