The message "preview" was a feature of the old discussion software (WebBBS) and the new software (UBB) gives you a chance to edit your mistakes and repost them. Since it is unlikely that many will see your post the second you do it, check your work and go back and edit it the way you want to and then repost. This saves space on the board and keeps folks like me who can type faster than I can think from leaving STUPID looking spelling mistakes posted forever... even if you don't notice your mistake until much later, you can always go in and edit your own posts... I think this is a much better arrangement than the old preview and I think with time, that most members will agree with me.

Go ahead and practice editing if you like... make a post, say with a photo attached, and you can actually go in and edit the photo to be a better one if you find one later...
