1917 Erfurt
When I removed the magazine from my 1917 Erfurt, I noticed some letters around the magazine well on the butt of the grip ('C', 'XG' & 'O').
Anybody know the significance (if any) to these letters? |

Re: 1917 Erfurt
Could be inspectors marks? I thought it really funny on Wombats Double Date DWM that I recently redid, the Letters "TFG" on the bottom of the frame/magazine well. Those letters are my initials! THOR (Theodore F Green)

Ken, it was on there much to my surprise BEFORE I started working on it! It amazed me! Just a coincidence I am sure! Here is a picture of it!
