Hi Chad,

Your Luger is marked to the 169th Infantry Regiment 4th Company weapon #11.

The 169th Regt. was part of the 29th Infantry Div. and was transferred to the 52nd Infantry Div. in 1915.

29th Div. Battle History

1914~
Alsace-Lorraine
Artois

1915~
Champagne

52nd Div. Battle History

1916~
Somme

1917~
Alsace
Aisne
Californie Plateau
Champagne

1918~
Picardy
Aisne
Lens
Armentieres
Bapaume
Argonne

The 52nd Div. was rated as one of the best Div. in the German Army by the Allies.

Hope this adds a bit of perspective and history to your Luger.

Ron
