Default 1902 American Eagle magazine and export marking

I am looking at a 1902 Fat Barrel 9mm American Eagle.
It does not have the Germany export stamp on the frame.
It also comes with a plain magazine base with no Cal 9 MM
script. I believe the gun to be original but read conflicting info on what magazine would be correct. Should the gun have the Germany or made in Germany marking? The serial number is 22533.
I appreciate any insight the group might lend.
Thanks, George

I gave you my opinion over on Jan Still's forum. The originality of the gun is questionable without a GERMANY stamp, so good photos are essential in evaluating the item. The original magazine would be marked Cal 9 M/M.

Thank you. I'll give it another look and get photos.
