Default Unit Marked Erfurt????

Hello, This is my first post. I have a mismatched shooter Erfurt. Is the mark Imperial or maybe Weimar police. The gun has a 6 inch barrel and is marked "GERMANY" on the side of the receiver. Thanks for your help.

The grip strap marking is a Weimar Army unit mark. The slash / is the big indicator of Weimar Army.

Chris,

Reichsheer marking for, Ausbildung(Training) Company/ Infantry Regt. 18. The 16 is not to regulation and probably represents the 16th company. 4 is the weapon number.
