Default Radom/Vis Help

The slide-stop on my Radom/Vis doesn't seem to work well or positively. I've attached some pics of the mating surfaces of my stop and slide. Perhaps someone could point out a problem or post similar pics from their pistol so I could look for any differences.
Thanks.

It looks like enough wear has occured to allow one rounded off surface to slide over another rounded off surface. If you have already determined that this is not a slide stop spring or magazine interface issue, you can perhaps improve the purcase between both parts by squaring off the surfaces, starting by the one in the slide. The front wall of the slide cut-out seems more rounded off than it should be. A micro dremel head could bring this back to a more square off profile and solve the issue. If there is no improvement, a bit of squaring off of the front surface of the slide stop wing would be my next suggestion.

Do you mean the rear surfaces, or as in the pics, the right side edges?

I mean the two surfaces, which bear against each other when the slide is to the rear and the slide stop is up and in position, holding the slide open. This interface should be a little squarer to prevent the slide overridding the stop.

Yes. I have now done that and will test it at the range on the weekend. Works fine manually, but under fire will be the real test.

Thanks!
