Anton Zeder '07, Mineur Kompagine 2
and very lightly in the grove for the follower of the grip,
Hangen Yoelen, or could be 6/0Plen

It shoots better than I do.

Glad you took her out for a shooting date !

BTW...the chamber location for the P-release stamping is probably my least favorite location to see the stamping.

Here is another with the stamping through the gun's original bluing :

Nice pics! Thanks for sharing.

I though wonder wether the holster corresponds to this 06/24 W+F.

Default Holster matches gun?

Well, more or less.
There is a name written on one of the grips that is fading, Hangen Yoelen(?) He is more than likely the first issued the Luger. I could not find any evidence of his name on the holster.
The Luger was mfr'd 1931(as per Pete) and holster mfr'd 1914 (date stamp), so it was made with a DWM1906 in mind, they probably were not originally issued together.
In the second post of this thread, if one compares the name written on the flap of the holster and the name written on the grip, they appear to be in the same hand.
So...as Herr Anton Zeder, gbr '07 would have been 52/3 in 1960 when the Luger was privatized, that seems about right. The provenance is acceptable to me.

Anyone have any idea what the upside down "ZR" means on the left side of the breechblock? It couldn't be the first and last letters of Herr Zeder's last name?
