I'll make it there Friday night and be on the floor Saturday morning. Looking forward to see what the new location looks like.

Some dealers could sell guns cheaply nowadays,,, I guess that's because they have a cash flow issue.

Back a few days ago, I just wake up from a nap, the phone ringed. Caller was from RIAC, asking whether I wanted to consign items.... I did think consign a few duplicate items half a year back, but situation changed a little bit since then, so I am not in hurry any more.
The caller said they got a consignment from a big name collector... I forgot the name.... The collection is big which will be sold via a few sessions in 2016. That sounds like a Sturgess level collection... The consignor has not showed the collection publicly, so there could be surprise there. This news is like wild fire spreading in a few collector circles. What collection is this? Sounds like there is something big and serious coming. |

... i got lucky & got a peak of some of the things to see tomorrow; the coolest piece that caught my eye was a miniature version of the 1900 Cartridge Counter Luger, for nearly $10K! i'll see if i can snap a pic of it with it's daddy (looks like the real deal) next to it!

I sold 7 pistols in the past 3 weeks, accumulated $9165. Combined with fund raised in 2015, I guess I could play a major one now. But, where is the major one...

I was finally able to find the dealer/individual that was selling the miniature cartridge counter luger!! sorry for the bad quality of the pictures, as i was given permission by him to take picture with the gun inside the case, so there's glare from the ceiling lights & dirt on the glass (& not your eyes)!!!
