Can anyone I.D. this mark?
i HAVE A MAUSER LUGER REWORK, WITH THE INSCRIPTION L. Ka.110. ON THE INSIDE GRIP STRAP. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?

Yes, Landjagerei Kassel weapon # 110
Do you have other information? i.e. why it is considered a Mauser luger rework? Does it have a sear safety? (I would expect it to, also may have had a magazine safety. Can you provide serial number and pictures? ed

The marking is from the Landj�¤gerei (rural police) of the Prussian administrative district of Kassel, weapon number 110. For my database of German police markings, I would appreciate knowing the full serial number of this pistol including the letter suffix (probably t or u), whether or not it has the DWM logo on the toggle, any markings on the right side of the receiver and whether or not it has or had sear or mag safeties. Photos would answer all of these questions.
