Post Newbie Waffenamt question

Guys I was wondering what year you will start to see these proofs on military issue lugers.

Thanx

The first German military P.08s were inspection stamped on the left side. This switched to the right side around 1910. After 1918, you begin to see a new type of inspection marking such as the ArA4 and dove marks I have seen on 1921 dated lugers. In 1935 you see the first Eagle over 63 inspector stamps on lugers at Mauser and the last regular Mauser production lugers had Eagle over 135. All these markings are German military inspection stamps although the term Waffen Amt is usually used to refer to those stamped E/63 or later perhaps because of their association with the 3rd R and because stamps on large items or on late guns are stamped Eagle over WaAxxx.
