A General's Luger? and German "Derringer"

I have searched this site and have found nothing regarding this situation. Can you shed some light on these "pistols".

I have seen a Luger that is owned by a WW II Vet.
All the numbers match on the parts, the clip, and the Holster.

Holster
On the black Holster's flap there is an eagle with wings spread (Aluminum I think) with a round wreath with Swastika under its claws. On the Holster there are two Stars (may have been bronze colored; seem to have a green tarnish). The Holster has a tab that helps pull the Luger out of the Holster. Inside the Holster is a tool in a clipped pouch under that flap that may be a screwdriver / hook combination. The tool also has the number the same as the Luger as well as a 4. F. on the reverse plus some stamping. There are two belt loops on the reverse of the Holster. Over the serial number on the Holster, is a "shadowed or punched out" S.Op.I.06 (I think). BREHME HILDESHEIM and a number ending in 5 is stamped under the Holster's Flap holding strap.

Luger
The Luger has a double 1920 atop the Chamber. Under the thumb safety is the word GESICHERT. Curiously, the grip is clear plastic. It has a DWM logo on the toggle. The underside of the barrrel contains the serial number with a serif n and what looks like 8.82 stamped into it. Looking from the front of the barrel, and in front of the trigger, is the serial number and the serif n. The barrel length from that location to the tip of the barrel is 3.5". The right side of the receiver has a proof mark of three eagles each having an arched 5 letter word "A(something something)IX" under them (the first and last eagles are off struck and dim). The left side of the toggle also has this eagle / word proof mark.

The Vet says it was a German General's Luger.

Derringer?
He also has a single shot Derringer type weapon. It has a brown wodden grip attached to Chrome and has a blue steel barrel / trigger. Stampings: Side of Barrel: cal. 22 l.r.; Barrell underside stamped "GERMANY" with a crown looking proof mark (sideways) next to the Y in Germany; the underside of the Chrome Piece has three proof marks in a row: one like the crown on the barrel (but upside down), one like the brown crosshatched part of a pineapple's skin, an a 62 partially encircled with something (not fully struck).

What are these?

Based on the matching SN of the pistol and the tool, I would almost guarantee its a police pistol; the grip strap markings tend to confirm this, reflecting SIPO (security/Intelligence police, IIRC). The grips sound like a bit of GI "enhancement" as does the story about the German general.
