Post Early Walther Mag

Guys,

If anyone has a copy of Buxton volume I, on page 194 he talks about the early Mod HP "cut away" pistols. Here is a mag from that series ... it is serial number 001.

Notice the high quality finish and also the ground down weld spots. The Walther and Mauser mags had round weld spots the jvd mags are oval. (but who pays that much attention?)

Good hunting,

Mark

It is a wonderful looking mag, did you have a chance to talk to Buxton about it? Wish it were mine. Thanks for sharing--Jr.

Jr.,

The mag was sold to me as a 0 series mag for $100.00. I found out much later what is really was.

Mark

P.S. All small parts are marked e/359.
