Default loading tool

I have a 1917 DWM Artillery with matching stock and 1917 holster, the loading tool is unmarked- is this normal?

A loading tool for a 1917 dated DWM should have a C/S.
All Military DWM Luger came with a loading which have had one of the acceptance marks of the receiver

My 1917 DMW Artillery all matching number including stock with 1916 holster does not have any markings on the loading tool.

Loading tools are like holsters, "they" used what ever was available.

What Klaus said was wartime DWM pistols were Issued with a corresponding marked tool.

We all know how easy it is to lose something that small.
