Dwm 1913
I have a 1913 DWM Luger that I'm having trouble finding any info on. It is unusual in that it has no provision for a toggle hold open device and none for a stock attachment. The grips are smooth walnut as is the mag knob. The serial number is 1541, which as near as I can tell is well below the recorded low number of this year. I believe the pistol to be either a military or police issue as the front grip strap shows B.19.R9.12. Imperial proofs on the left side of the reciever are crowns over letters (3) and the imperial eagle. All serial nubers match and I would rate the gun an easy 90%+.over all. Only the grip screws are not origional to the gun and I have the origionals including the broken one. It is of course in 9mm parabellum.
Any information anyone could give me on this pistol would be greatly appreciated. |
