My new Arty.

I now have an artilllery! At the Portland show, I found a mismatched Erfurt Artillery that came home with me. By missmatch I mean just that. The frame is an Erfurt marked 9XXX. There is "Germany" marked of the right side of the barrel extension and when I cleaned the gun the takedown lever, firing pin and the leaf sight have matching numbers! Even the grips do not match each-other! There is not very much pitting and everthing is blued (for whatever that is worth on such a mismatch). I will try to take some photos since it is too big to fit on my scanner bed and I will see how some of the marks show.
