I am now at home and looked at my copy. It is a 1971 printing and has the $5.00 penciled price of the used book still in it. The price has since gone up a bit. The same bookstore has a web site www.powells.com. The current prices for their copies range from $10.00 for a used trade paperback to $28.95 new hard bound and $39.95 for a used hard copy. The new trade paperbacks have some photos from other sources, and the hardback also says it has some illustrations.

If you are ever in Portland, Oregon a trip to Powells books is worth the time!
