Back in the 1960's I had John Martz build a 12" barreled luger carbine for me in 9mm using a 1937 S/42 mismatched luger. I was able to find a two position repro. Navy Luger rear sight that I installed on the carbine. With my own 115 grain reloads that piece is a tack driver at 75 to 100 yds. from a good rest. It has almost an 18" sight radius. Yes I still have the piece.
