Default P04, P06, P08 navy lugers

Would someone explain the differences between these navy lugers?
Thank you

Have you tried the search feature for each model?
This info is all there in the Navy sub-forum, and has been shown many times with pictures.
Without getting into the details- which would be a small book- simplified :

04- still has the flat mainspring, grip safety
06- has the coil mainspring, grip safety
08- has the features of the P 08, no grip safety.

As I said this is an OVER simplification, P08 can cover at least 3 or 5 distinctly different models; in addition there are variants of the 06 and the 04.

You really need a book, there is a small one available for not too much $$:The Navy Luger by Goertz and Walter.

Just to further confuse the issue, the letter P denotes official German military acceptance and the number denotes the year of that acceptance. Navy Lugers were accepted in 1904 hence P04, Army Lugers in 1908 hence P08, and the Walther replacement in 1938, hence P38. There never was a P06.
