Default Lugers in the field

We've all seen a good number of "class photos" of training units proudly brandishing their pistols.
We've also seen, albeit less frequently, some pictures of enlisted men and NCOs in parades or in the field with their P.04s
What are very seldom seen are photos of officers with a P.04, and they are usually either a parade or with the Marinekorps in Flanders.

Here is an extremely rare and unusual shot of six junior officers, all wearing P.04s and sabers, during what appears to be some pre-war field training.

Thanks for the picture Mike; those are pretty old "junior" officers!

Interesting how the guy on the right has his mag. pouch hung up side down. Wonder if they made him do push-ups?
