Revisions Commission stamp. Barrel looks like a replacement. Chamber area lacks the sharp lines it should have, maybe 'refinished' at some point.

When I disassembled it for the first time, a little piece of metal fell out, luckily, I didnt lose it, then discovered it was the spring! Its now back in place.

One should never have parts left over when assembling most anything!

The engraved numbers are probably the driver's license # of a former owner. TH
