For sale with Bob Adams...
http://www.adamsguns.com/1505.jpg Ad read as : " 01505. $ 2,495 (Curio & Relic) Available German Artillery Luger, Caliber 9mm Luger. Manufactured by DWM in 1916. Excellent mechanically and with all matching numbers. Bright bore with no pitting or frosting. Nearly all original blue with slight wear on the sideplate only. Correct type magazine does not match. Equipped with fine tune front and rear sights. Regimental marking on the front grip strap "III.L.7" and four notches on the left grip add some interest to this WW I era military pistol. Pete,
where did you get the write up and price? I see a nice flat locking bolt, a thumb safety that looks a little beat, some pitting on the barrel, nice grips But $2495?? I only see this one picture. Maybe I have to play with the website to see more. Big Norm |
