Default Has Anyone Ever Made A .45 Luger...?

I don't mean the famous DWM original test guns.

But I seem to recall somebody made a limited run of .45 cal Lugers in the early 1990s. Assuming these weren't made in stainless (I got lucky with my 9mm and wouldn't want to risk the same with a .45) it would be a neat shooting Luger.

Anyone have any info?

Mauser made a limited number of .45 Mauser Parabellum. They never move from the prototype level to the production level...

I know that Werle in Germany recently made some working models.

For shooting accuracy & function, it's hard to beat a Martz custom .45 for about $5K. Tom

I believe Nedbal makes a nice 45acp.

I even remember seeing a nice 45 GAP here on these forums.
