new holster
Hey guys,
I have a Luger holster marked II/J.R.6 . 31 the 31 is smaller than the rest of the markings. The holster came with a 1920 1918 Erfurt Luger. Any idea what the markings indicate? There are no manufacturing marks that I can find. Thanks Matt |

Matt, I would like to see photos of the holster. Is it set up to take a cleaning rod in the lid?
The marking indicates Second Battalion Staff of Infantry Regiment Six, weapon number 31. |

Hi Matt,
You have received the correct information. A post WWI Reichsheer holster. Most likely an Imperial reissued piece. Is the pistol unit marked? Ron

Thanks Guys!
The holster is set up for a cleaning rod and the gun is marked S. Anh.161 Which I believe makes it a Weimar police gun. Its a 1920 1918 Erfurt. I will work on the pictures |
