Default Numbered magazine?

Looking at a 1920 DWM commercial in .30.

(wood based) magazine apparently is NOT numbered. Is this a correct possibility?

Default 1920 commercial mags

Hi Zormpas, yes, the vast majority of 1920 commercial mags are un-marked, and also made from beechwood! The ones that are marked, are marked "GERMANY" in either direction, across mostly, but lengthwise every so often.. And, the mag shells are almost always un-plated steel...best to you, til...lat'r...GT
