1917 Navy with 1917 Holster found
At the Lakeland gun show I found a private seller walking around, from the butt stock and holster it had to be a Navy.
It was a matching 1917 Navy with non matching Navy mag. If was in a very good condition 1917 marked navy holster complete with the tool and original cleaning rod. Also with it came a shoulder stock, seller said it was original but not navy. Most likely a artillery stock. It looked, to me at least, a great set. His asking price was $4,300. I was surprised, I though a set like that would bring a lot more. He said most dealers there cared little about Lugers and offered very low money for. He left with it, but I have his name and number. You guys think it's a good buy, I'll look more into it. Thanks Last edited by Jasta2; 11-16-2013 at 02:49 PM. Reason: forgot to add info |

Hi Bill, If everything is correct, it sounds very cheap. If your in doubt, try to post photos before you commit. If you know the gun's serial number that would help also.
