Post Must have book-Costanzo

see http://www.bookfinder.com. they currently have three available starting at $175 (cheap) and up. I have seen this book going for as much as $425. It is one of the most complete and difinitive books written on the various proof marks and their location on the Luger that is available. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. In the search block enter sam costanzo then world of lugers proof marks. Another search with just the author name will bring up another one.

Herb speaks the truth.... a marvelous book and the last one I saw for sale was priced at $375. If one can be had for $175, it's a bargain.

World of Lugers by Sam Costanzo is a steal at $175. Most go for over $400. Make sure it is Volume 1 (dark red cover with gold Luger medallion on front). I know that there are some folks who think this book is a scam because there are some errors in it (intentional? who knows!).

Ken, I'm sure you will find it very informative. Due to it's age there are new finds out there and more being found every day. I find that the older info is pretty accurate as there were not as many faked or boosted Lugers back then to confuse things. Take care of it and you will surely see it's value grow in the coming years. Glad to see a Forum member snagged it.
