Default A NICE Swiss Shooter

Here's my redone 1906 Swiss that's becoming my go-to Luger for range days. While I was in CA I put over 100 rds downrange without a hint of trouble, thanks to G.T.'s tweaking.

I added one of G.T.s Mec Gar mags with a proper wood base; nice match and flawless function. My ultimate shooter...looks good and shoots great. Love this gun!

The other Luger is a mucho-nice DWM Portuguese 1906 in 7.65mm; it fell into my lap while I was traveling in CA. Great shape with a perfect bore.
Bob

Swiss rebuilt shooter is on the bottom, with the G.T. rebuilt mag.

I am envious. There is no better experience in firearms than .30 Luger/ 4.75" barreled New Model action. What makes it a shooter? Finish looks good so it must be a numbered part mismatch?

I think because it's been redone, which subtracts from the value. looks good, though

That is a fine Luger.

The barrel taper is the most graceful of all the tapers in my opinion, really does it for me.

Love that 1906 Swiss. What a great piece, and a reliable range gun to boot.....win-win.
