Default What is this stamp??

Hey Fellas ever see this stamp? looks fake to me. Its on a ewx 1942 P38 holster...any chance this id real....always go to the experts!

It would be a real shame if those stamps were put on a genuine holster!

That stamp image is called the "Death Head" (a skull) or Totenkopf

Look it up on the internet and if you want to buy one, they are on eBay all the time!

It's supposed to look like a skull and an urban legend associated it with "SS" weapons. Sometimes people will stamp it on a "byf" Luger and add black grips, and call it a "Black Widow".

none of it is authentic that I know of.

John,

this holster was on ebay recently. It was an original holster "ewx 1942." However, someone ruined it by adding not one, but 2 fake SS stamps to the backside. I guess one wasn't enough???
