Default It's for a friend; honest!!

A good pal of mine has a burning desire to find a decent and functional reproduction snail drum mag for his newly acquired Arty Luger.
I've scanned through the forum site and found a few mentions of such an animal, but no lead as to where to go or price.
Any and all information and/or suggestions welcome.
Best Regards,
Adler Auger

Try Simpsons Ltd. in the also enlightened state of Illinois. I thought ANY so-called Hi-cap mags were ILLEGAL in Cali.?? Maybe there is some reciprocity in shipping between two openly anti-gun states however. Best Regards & Sympathy. J

Repro Trommel magazines usually only hold eight rounds. The drum is a dummy.

In that case, you could just solder a tuna can with an old roller skate key on it to a Luger mag and call it a Trommel magazine...

(Hmmmm...I have to run to the grocery store anyway...)

One recently sold on Ebay for over $600. It was represented as being a repro.

try egun.de, and search "trommel", there are some repros, like this one:

Default From Evers to Tinker to Chance.

Thanks fellas for the advice and leads.
I'll pass it on to my buddy and let him run with it.
In the meanwhile, if anyone wants to add to the list of suggestions to my request please feel free.
Best Regards,
