LP08 Holster 1914, Tan leather.
I have just sold this wonderfull holster, and I realize that I forgot to place it in the Forum classifieds. Here are the photos.
I am glad to have sold it, but a little sad to see this very nice item go away.. Last edited by laoshi75; 04-17-2012 at 02:30 AM. |

Hi Christian, Thanks for posting that beautiful unit marked holster. Did it come with the stock boot and straps? It's interesting that when the holster was converted, at some point, to belt carry, the original stock block was not removed. Best regards, Norm

Hello Norm, thank you.
When I purchased the holster, it had two belt loops on the back, the stock block had previously been removed. Also, it came without the boot cover, shoulder strap and all other leather parts. But I had a spare original stock block, and I had a Persian boot cover that was exactly of the same Tan color ! And since I also had an original boot cover liner (I think that the Persian boot covers do not have liner)..the repairs were easy: remove of the two belt loops, replacement of one original stock block on the back, installation of the original liner inside the Persian boot cover (this job has been perfectly made). I also ordered for the attaching leather parts: closure strap, shoulder strap, attaching parts of the boot cover which are all repro, but they are not really the "top job" that I wanted (repairs made in Germany). Of course the stock is a very nice Imperial original one. The chestnut color of the holster is really wonderfull. Last edited by laoshi75; 04-12-2012 at 01:50 PM. |
