I picked this photo up from the Internet some time ago. The only information I have heard is that there is only one example known, #4, and it was sold at Christies in mid 1990s and subsequently at Butterfields. No idea of price or who bought it.

That has got to be the heaviest toggle to pull up in existence, unless it has some hidden mechanical advantage.
