Default Stock Iron Re-numbering

I have an original stock-iron that has been held in a grip vice sometime in its former ownership and the last 2 digit are barely visible. I am looking for a competent gunsmith to re-number the iron again.

Can anyone recommend a person who can do this job for me and rust blue the area again. ?
