Post Fascinating Holster!

Has anyone of our Members come accross anything like this before? Quite unusual I must say. Any information would be appreciated...Thanks, Jerry Burney

Jerry, Indeed an interesting holster. It was made originally during WW1 for a Model 6 Walther 9mm in brown leather, later redyed black, and designed to carry the spare mag inside the top flap. Most that I've seen, were reworked for the PO8 with the addition of a spare mag pouch on the leading edge, but without the long added belt loops (typically Portugese). All that I've seen were "LG" (Royal or Rural Poice according to J.Noll, take your pick) marked inside. TH
