Default AE Test 6478

Ron, Dwight and others may already have this one, but this is AE Test Bannerman #6478 with mismatched non Bannerman #6250 upper.

I failed to win the auction, but thought the mismatch interesting. Kind of implies that 6250 may have been a Test itself.

The takedown lever is numbered "78" on the right side of the gun, with no Germany under frame serial #.

Thanks very much for the link, it revised the info in the database. You should be happy you didn't win the auction, it went for about $3,000 too much.
