I think the frame serial number is altered on this one. The 5th photo shows the receiver protruding beyond the frame by a little. I suspect that someone filed off the original serial number, and then applied their own. Hi Doug,
"Commercial Navy" is a misnomer. It's a Commercial assembled from left-over parts after the war.
