Using broadband here and this board is plenty fast. Animated icons are moving right along. Wow! what a lot of stuff to play with (heh-heh).

Hi Luke, Bill, Herb, Sid and Russ (and all ),

Thanks a million for the feedback - as I'm still trying to "tune" the performance a bit on the servers/network load. What bothers me is Herb's net load times (yes - I know it's dial-up, but still...).

Anyway - tonite, when the Forum becomes a little less active - I'll dump the cache and try to tune it a bit more... Thanks for the feedback!!! <img src="graemlins/wave.gif" border="0" alt="[byebye]" />

John D. Don't get wrapped up with my problem, I am using dial-up on phone lines that were here when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The ISP is located about 225 miles away and when I log on and if I get a connection I am delighted. The problem is probaly on my end, not yours. All of us don't have T-1 lines or cable but I have considered satellite but figure it has to travel on phone lines after leaving the satellite, where is the advantage? You're doing a great job, don't let Utah get in your way. Broadband?? What the heck is that???
