P-08 dealers

I am new to collecting P-08 pistols and have in mind a military pistol under $2K. With that in mind, are their reputable dealers in this area, where you can buy with some confidence that the pistol is a good value? One I have in mind is Simpson Ltd. They seem to have a good selection.

Also Southern Ohio Gun Inc. is offering .30 cal. 06/24 and 06/29 Lugers in the $1800 range. Is this a good value? If the pistols are marked with an import mark, will that bring down the value significantly?

Thanks for any feedback. I'd like to get a good P-08 without breaking the bank and still have more than a parts gun, if possible.
