Early Ammo that I won at auction
I picked up a large lot of ammo - something like 300 rounds. several full boxes, some partial boxes. All older ammo - These are Portuguese !! about 150 of them
A full box of flat nose, 7.65mm Luger DWM K 471 K Four boxes (only the bottom of these?) Are these Portuguese??? Will look closer. I tried google translate for CHELAS - nothing? Two bottom boxes, and enough round nose 7.65mm luger DWM K 471 K to fill them Stripper clips of 7.65mm K 471 K and also two that are Chinese, these are marked DM on the spine of the stripper clip A complete, unopened box of very early 9mm Luger (it will look much better after I shrink wrap it) In addition, 1 1/2 stripper clips of 9mm with an H and 1914 on them?

Eric, I would say either the full box of 30 Luger Carbine or the unopened 9mm DWM box.

Ed,
Chelas is a place. Located in Lisbon. That's were the smokeless powder factory used to be. They are most likely Portuguese. When the pistols were contracted there was also an order for the respective ammunition to be used before the State arsenal start rolling their own. Edit: the ammunition manufacturing equipment was also purchased from DWM |

Ron, remember that really nice box of ammo on ebay, sans ammo I asked you about?
About two weeks after receiving it, I suddenly thought, I should ask him if he had Any ammo. He said, yes, a full box that is now in a box, he was going to try selling it locally. We agreed on a price and now I have the box and a few extra rounds Sorry ... |

I bought a pair of new TT-33 clips on eBay - real cheap (no springs!)
