If I had not seen it I would find it hard to believe. A 1917 Artillery mismatched (3 numbers) at about 85% sold for $1650.00 [img]frown.gif[/img]

Hi Neil,

How much do you suppose he will get after he "corrects" all the numbers and restores it to mint condition and gives it just enough wear to sell it as an "honest" gun. At least that is my theory.

If he paid $1650, then there's little money to be made by fixing it up and making it an "honest" gun. He could probably make more per hour working at Walmart.
