1939 Banner w/Army proofs

Recently acquired this one. Appears legit. All the small parts match, including the grips, FP. etc. Nothing appears altered or faked. Looked through Still's 3rd Reich Lugers, Hallock and van de Kant's Mauser Lugers, and Ed's Police Lugers, and can't really find a solid reference to this particular variation. Goertz and Sturgess only state that about 8,000 P-08's are in the 1939 "Z" block.
