Richard, I'll try the seller first to see if there is recourse, which would satisfy the technicalities. If an issue could be made on the basis of an unmarked mag, it seems pretty subjective; the same problem could result from the current, unmarked mag. My receipt/order specifics would keep me in the clear?

ALL 30 round TSMG magazines made by Seymour are preban by definition, as nobody has made any so marked since well before 1968.
