And you never will..It's not for an Artillery. Artillery models were pretty much military and somewhat standardized although there are civilian holsters for it.
It was made for a Carbine. Civilian models are pretty much whatever the Saddler or customer could dream up. This seems to be a fairy unique period example of a Carbine carry case. My guess is German made.
