Default SOS/NGD Louisville

Anyone going to Louisville for the show and interested in getting together for dinner on Thursday or Friday? I always enjoy a chance to visit with folks over a good meal. I don't know the facilities there very well but there must be a convenient place to grab some grub in the area. I will be staying at the Executive West.

I will be there in spirit only; clients beckon, I must respond.

After corresponding with a few other attendees, may I suggest after the show on Saturday evening as a time to break bread, consume adult beverages and swap lies (not necessarily in that order) at the Executive West?

Hi Ron,

There is going to be a P.38 Forum meeting on Friday evening at 7pm at the Executive West. A number of us who will be attending the meeting are going to meet at the conference room at about 5:45pm and proceed to the dining room at about 6pm. We would love to have you join us at either the dinner or the meeting or both.

Let me know if you need any details. I can email you my cell phone number if you like.

Regards, Leon

Sounds like a great way to spend an evening...thanks! I am not very up on P.38s, but it will be interesting to see if there is anyone still willing to duke it out over cyq vs. cvq markings! Jack Lawman had already contacted me about the meeting. I am trying to get in touch with Warren Buxton, who will be attending the show, to let him know about it if he doesn't already have the information.

Ron,

So you know the meeting place, etc?

I tried to get Warren to the meeting last year but he is booked up way in advance.

Actually, I do not know the meeting place but I thought I would show up for dinner and follow the crowd.

Ron,

The meeting is Friday night Feb. 22nd at 7PM at the Executive West Hotel in the ΓΆ??Edinborough" room. As I mentioned, some will be gathering at the meeting room between 5:45pm and 6pm and then we will make our way to the dining room as a group.

Ron,

Looking forward to meeting you. It will be an educational and fun meeting on Friday night. Jan Balcar and I have done a lot of research on the cyq vs. cvq controversy lately. Our approval rating was about 90%. But I think there are still some people willing to duke it out over this. Here is the link in case anyone missed it concerning the research. I look forward to seeing everyone in Louisville.
