Post Aimco Lugers...

As I hold a vintage luger and a comparable Aimco side by side I notice the vintage one feels a tad more dense, not by much. Can the stainless steel as used by Aimco withstand constant pounding of standard 9mm loads? Also Im thinking about picking up one of those P-38's made post war with the alloy slides. Whats the consensus on those? Tnaks <img src="graemlins/icon107.gif" border="0" alt="[icon107]" />
