Welcome to the forum, Brad. Be patient, you are not being ignored. Without pictures its hard to be definite, but based on what you said and the positive reputation of the seller, for a quality collector pistol the price is at the top edge but still within parameters. I'm a shooter guy so collector guns are out of my league but the pros will be here shortly.

I looked on several site and it does sound like a going price assuming a 100% orginal gun. Always count on your own knowledge to verify this or a close friend that knows Lugers. Assuming a richeous gun, a good price for this condition.

It is always good to deal with someone with a good reputation...but DO NOT base your purchase on the seller's description and/or evaluation.

Have SOMEONE ELSE who knows about Lugers look at the gun as soon as you get it. Sellers are motivated by $$$$$ and [often] it 'clouds their minds'.

Good luck!
